The Learn. Shift. Grow. Wellness Symposium is an opportunity for working mothers to spend an entire day with like-minded women who want to improve the quality of their lives by focusing on mental, emotional, nutritional, and physical health. Through insightful speakers, thoughtful panel discussions, interactive sessions, and meaningful demonstrations, women will walk away from this event feeling inspired, renewed, educated, empowered, and ready to take action.

The Learn. Shift. Grow. Wellness Symposium will take place at the beautiful Turf Valley Resort in Ellicott City, Maryland.

We can’t wait for you to join us on Saturday, October 28, 2017 from 9am – 4pm.

Because as working mothers we have to learn how to shift our mindsets, change our habits, and focus on our health and wellness. Our success in doing so is strongly influenced by building a sense of community with women who have similar goals. We deserve to live our best lives. We owe it to ourselves and to the ones we love most.
